1. Children’s Online Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users. As no user data is stored, there is nothing to delete.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Local Storage Only

We do not require login or collect personal information. All seasonal color results are stored locally on your device using secure local storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Image Processing with OpenAI

When you use the Season Checker feature, your image is sent to OpenAI’s API for one-time processing. Aviani Color does not store images on its servers or associate them with user identities. Images may be stored locally on your device to support app functionality, such as viewing or sharing results. Image processing is performed by OpenAI and handled in accordance with OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Third-Party Processing

Image processing is performed by OpenAI. For more information about how OpenAI handles data, please refer to https://openai.com/privacy.

3. No Tracking

We do not use analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party tracking tools.
