Aviani Color Terms of Use

1. Use of the Service

What’s My Tone is a fun and educational app that helps suggest your seasonal color type using AI and a photo you provide. This app is for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not a substitute for any professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment — including those from stylists, dermatologists, or color analysts.

You agree not to misuse, modify, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

2. Data and Privacy Disclaimer

We respect your privacy. The app does not store your personal data or images on our servers. When you use the Season Checker feature, your photo is securely sent to OpenAI’s API for a one-time analysis. It is not stored, saved, or linked to your identity on our servers.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

We make no promises that the seasonal results are 100% accurate, professional, or scientifically verified. Results are generated by AI based on the quality of the photo you provide. Lighting, filters, and other factors can affect results.

Use it for fun, not as fashion gospel. All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

4. Age Restrictions

This app is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we (and our team, partners, and affiliates) are not responsible for any losses, damages, claims, or misunderstandings that come from using this app — including your interpretation of the results.

We are not liable for emotional distress, wardrobe regrets, or bad selfies.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above. By continuing to use the app after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Swedish courts.
